What is coaching and how does it differ from other supporting professions? toggle faq

Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.” This process often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
In contrast to therapy, consulting, or mentoring, where the professional acts as an expert transferring knowledge, skills, and experience to the client or diagnosing problems, coaching positions the client as the expert in their own life. The coach empowers clients to find their own solutions through a partnership that co-creates the session’s outcomes. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, maximising value for clients through exploration and goal-setting.

What does it mean that you are a Professional Certified Coach? toggle faq

These days, coaching is a real buzzword. It is therefore important to make sure you work with qualified coaches that can ensure the highest standards and that are committed to the profession.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the standard governing body for coaches around the world and it is widely recognised for enforcing the highest standards in coaching.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), I have rigorously been assessed for my knowledge and competence in coaching skills against the ICF standards. Please visit my credential page to learn more about my coaching path.

Do you also offer mentoring and training, or just coaching? toggle faq

I support individuals and teams wearing different hats, including mentor and trainer. As I cover multiple roles, I always make sure that my clients understand which hat I am wearing in a specific circumstance or programme.

For example, in my well-being programmes, I work primarily as a mentor and trainer.

    Is coaching confidential? toggle faq

Yes, coaching sessions are confidential. An ICF Professional Coach adheres to ethical guidelines that ensure your privacy and the confidentiality of your discussions.

For more info, check the ICF page on the Code of Ethics.

Who is your ideal client? toggle faq

I work primarily with executives, senior managers, and leaders in mid-to-senior positions who are stepping into a new role or navigating a high-pressure environment — typically in international or fast-moving organisations. If you’re dealing with overthinking, recurring patterns under stress, or the gap between how you lead and how you want to lead, we’re probably a good match.

That said, while that’s my core focus, I work with any professional or leader who feels the weight of pressure on their performance and wants to do something about it. The level of seniority matters less than the willingness to look inward and commit to real change.

What should I expect from a coaching session? toggle faq

During a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations. The coach will ask powerful questions, provide feedback, and help you develop strategies to achieve your objectives.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last? toggle faq

Coaching engagements can vary in length, but they typically range from a few months to a year, depending on your goals and the complexity of the issues you want to address.

My RSP Leadership Coaching programme, instead, is an intense deep dive in holistic leadership that lasts 6 months and it sets solid foundations for your professional and personal development.

How much does it cost to work with you? toggle faq

The cost of working with me varies depending on the type and duration of coaching services you require. I offer different packages tailored to meet individual needs, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and long-term coaching engagements. For specific pricing details and to find the package that best fits your needs, please contact me directly or schedule a consultation.

What kind of results can I expect from working with you? toggle faq

Results vary based on individual commitment and the specific challenges you bring, but common outcomes include sharper clarity under pressure, reduced overthinking and emotional reactivity, stronger confidence in decision-making, and a more grounded and consistent leadership presence.

Over time, clients also report meaningful improvements in how their teams function — more trust, less friction, better communication. Because when you shift how you show up, the people around you notice.

In which languages do you offer your services? toggle faq

I will happily work with you in English, Italian and Spanish.
But be ready as I may throw in some French, Finnish and Russian during our informal conversations.
